Returns Policy

At KraftersArtLab, every décor frame and customized art product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.

Eligible Return Conditions

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Clear unboxing photos/videos are required as proof

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized frame orders
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Minor color variations caused by screen/display settings
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received/verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Replacement Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may offer:

  • A free replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund (depending on the issue)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be covered by KraftersArtLab only for damaged or incorrect products
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for all other cases
